She is an experienced marketeer, producer, mentor and creator, with a particular passion for data, cultural campaigning, audience inquiry and new technologies. Victoria believes that a collaborative, inclusive and open approach is essential for the future sustainability and relevance of new music; for artists and audiences alike.
