Registration desk
The registration desk is located in the Verkadefabriek. To access the conference, you will need to register. At the registration desk you will receive a badge and a wristband that will give you access to all parts of the conference.

Opening hours
The conference location opens its doors at 10:00 and starts at 11:00 hours. The registration desk will be open from 10:00 – 17:00 hours.

Access to conference
Show your badge and wristband to gain access to the conference. Make sure you are on time though, as conference rooms have a limited number of seated and standing places. Access may be denied to a crowded room.

Wardrobe
Use of the unsecured wardrobe in Verkadefabriek is free of charge. The New Music Conference organization accepts no liability for damaged or lost property.

Internet
WI-FI internet access is available throughout Verkadefabriek.
